General Conditions for Services Provision 1. The General Conditions for Service Provision (hereinafter referred to as “the Provisions”) refer to all the services provided by “Travel Line” LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Agent”); 2. The Provisions are binding upon both the Agent and the person applying for the service(s) rendered by the former (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”); 3. Approval of the present Conditions by the Client in accordance with the established request shall be deemed conclusive of the preliminary service provision contract in concurrence to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia; 4. The General Agreement on Service Provision (hereinafter referred to as “the General Agreement”) shall be entered between the Agent and the Client within 24 hours upon arrival of the Client in the Republic of Armenia. 1. Request (Booking) 1.1. The Client undertakes to fill in the request form available on this site after selecting the corresponding type of service required; 1.2. The Agent shall contact the Client by e-mail, phone or other means of communication and inform the latter on the availability of the services mentioned in the request and the provisions of its fulfillment within 48 hours after receiving the order; 1.3. The Client undertakes to inform the Agent on any changes in the data filled in the request or refusal thereof at least 30 days before the date of the service provision for the group requests and 5 days for individual requests. According to the present Conditions a group request is deemed to be a request placed by one person with the Agent for the same services for 7-10 people within the scope of the same request; 1.4. In case of the absence of the services mentioned in the request, the Agent may offer the Client alternative option(s). The Client shall, within 5 days after receiving the alternative option(s) from the Agent, informs the latter on the option chosen. Should the Client fail to notify the Agent of the option chosen within the abovementioned time frame, the request will be considered invalid and the Agent will not be held liable for its non-fulfillment; 1.5. The Agent will submit to the Client an appropriate obligations letter with the offer of the final acceptance of the services mentioned in the request and agree with the Client by way of means of communication indicated by the Client. The approval of the obligations letter will be deemed as acceptance by the Client of the services and provisions mentioned therein and the conclusion of a preliminary service provision contract in accordance with the present Conditions; 1.6. In case the Agent fails to fulfill the services or the part thereof mentioned in the request due to circumstances that are no fault of his, he will immediately inform the Client thereon and offer the latter similar options for services provision. In case of impossibility to reach agreement with the Client, the request will be deemed invalid and the prepayment, if already made, shall be subject for a full refund. 2. The responsibilities of the Client 2.1. The Client undertakes to inform the Agent about any changes or refusals of the booked order at least 30 days beforehand for the group orders and 5 days - for individual orders; 2.2. The Client undertakes, within 3 days upon confirmation of the order, to make a prepayment at the rate of 30% of the total value of the services for group orders for 7-10 persons and 50% - for the group orders for 10 and more people; 2.3. In case of failure to pay the prepayment in full within the agreed terms, the Client shall be obliged to pay a penalty at the rate of 50% of the total value of the service and a fine at the rate of 0.1% of the total value of the service for each day of delay; 2.4. In case if the Client failed to inform the Agent within the due time of any changes in the order or refusals there from, or failed to show up at the place of service acceptance in due date (time), the Client shall be liable to a penalty in the amount of the total value of the service. The Agent is entitled to keep the prepayment, if such has already paid by the Client; 2.5. The Client undertakes to sign the General Agreement with the Agent. In addition to the present Conditions, the General Agreement should also contain provisions on the deadline of the Services as well as the list of the Services to be provided by the Agent, the number of which should not be less than those listed in the order, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. 3. The responsibilities of the Agent The Agent undertakes to: 3.1. fulfill the provision of services properly and on a timely basis according to the present Conditions and General Agreement; 3.2. inform the Client about the confirmation, change and other provisions of the request in the terms provided under the present Conditions; 3.3. adhere to the confidentiality of personal information of the Client. 4. Force Majeure In case of a Force Majeure such as earthquake, flood, war, communication interruptions and break down, transportation agencies, etc. the Parties involved will not be held liable when and if obligations have not been fulfilled.
